Coaching

I have known for many years that my life purpose is to serve as a catalyst for others to find and fulfill their life purpose, their passion and to discover their creative selves. 

My coaching goals are to help people find balance, joy, and relief from situations that are challenging their careers, relationships, and life. I work to help people overcome overwhelming situations such as: making a physical move from one home to another;  discovering their creative expression; dealing with the death of self or a loved one to live while alive. Potentials Life Coaching is a natural extension of my creative and artistic loves and my love of teaching others. 

Many people find defining their values, choosing personal goals and exploring pathways to their chosen purpose and passion is the jolt they seek to self-fulfillment and a great joy of life.

My background in art instruction, spirituality and organizational project management combines with my personal interest in guiding others through the use of coaching techniques, Neuro Linguistic Patterns, Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping, art and color theory to find personal freedom and greater enjoyment of Life.

I am a certified Life Coach, a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Master of Reiki I-III, certified in color theory, have studied and instructed classes in multiple disciplines of art and art forms.
