EXPRESSIVE JOURNEYS & VIVID VISIONS: INTUITIVE PROCESS PAINTING

It’s all about exploring the wild sparks of intuition that lie within you and allowing yourself to follow those whispers and trails to release your personal story. 

 Each stroke of your brush will reflect your responses and feelings in a safe space to articulate your thoughts, dreams, visions and even nightmares if you wish to explore that path through your painting in an authentic voice uniquely yours.  

In a judgment free zone, you have the freedom to render your creative expression by prioritizing personal instinct and emotional connection over production or constructs of ‘perfection’. You will allow the paint to flow from your mind and intuition through the brush and paint to the paper, weaving your own personal narrative on the page. 

If you allow yourself to experience the spontaneity of painting in the moment without pressure to perform or even to succeed, you will unlock the reward of being present. The story will unfold naturally rather than forcing a plan or needing to control the outcome. There is a great sense of healing in reconnecting with your inner voice and emotion and freely permitting it to be revealed. .

Painting via process prioritizes the creative and cathartic action of painting. It does not require talent, skill, prior knowledge or education or accomplishment. Anyone can paint through the process.

 I think of each painted page as one story in an unfinished and deeply layered, 100% personal chronicle. The work done during the workshop is not necessarily intended to be shared with others, put into frames and displayed or sold. Many people who have completed the workshop find that the innately personal nature of the paintings make the work a part of their spiritual or sacred experience.
