Unless noted stating NO FOOD OR DRINK in the class descriptions below, all of our classes allow you to BYOB--Bring Your Own Beverage of your choice to sip during class. We ask that you put your drinks into a cup with a lid to avoid spills that could be devastating to yourself or other students. Due to possible allergies, we ask that you do NOT bring food to class. Children ages 8 to adult may attend so long as they are a paid attendee and accompanied by an adult who is also a paid attendee, unless the class says it is for Adults 18+.
